Considering it’s a sellers market, you wouldn’t normally get such great service from the selling agent as a buyer.
In our case, we were provided with fantastic service and great communication from the first inspection of the property to exchange of contracts and then through to the final settlement.
We received a number of calls and emails from Lou Taylor and her team updating us on the progress of the transaction and asking us if we need any assistance with anything else. Any time I would call Lou to ask about the house or to gain access for an inspection, there would be no hesitation and it would be organised promptly.
